Rental Policies
Deposit: $1000. All damages and/or missing items are the responsibility of the renter/leasee and will be charged at replacement value.
4 person maximum capacity.
Absolutely, positively no smoking. Smoking in Sandpiper 271 will cost you your full deposit as damages.
Replace Lost Key Fee: $200.00 or actual Locksmith charges, whichever is greater.
50% of rental due 60 days prior to rental start date, full payment 30 days prior to rental start date.
Personal check, cashiers check, or PayPal.
No refunds within 14 days of rental start date, 50% refund within 30 days of rental start date, $100 administration fee for cancellations more than 30 days in advance of rental start date.
Deposits do not apply toward rent. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days of departure less any damages.
Check-In 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out 12:00 p.m. Please return all keys in envelope provided.
No pets allowed.
Children are fine, but the pool is NOT fenced off from the house, and therefore may be unsuitable for small children or children that cannot swim.
